These Terms govern your use of Tattoo Lettering Generator (the "site"), operated by an independent developer (sole proprietor). By using the site you agree to them. Questions: support@tattooletter.site.
Use of the tool
The site provides free previews of text in tattoo lettering styles, and free downloads of transparent PNG and screen-size SVG files. You may use exports for personal, non-commercial purposes. Paid exports (true-size SVG, stencil outline, high-resolution files) may be offered in the future as prepaid one-time credit packs; any refund terms will be published on this site and shown before you pay before becoming effective.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to create lettering that is unlawful, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others. Automated scraping or abuse of the site's forms may be blocked.
Age
The site is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to use it. Tattooing has legal age requirements in most jurisdictions — talk to a licensed tattoo artist or studio.
No professional or medical advice
All previews and exports are a design reference only. Nothing on this site is tattoo advice or medical advice, and no output is a stencil or a substitute for a licensed tattoo artist's judgment. Your artist makes the final call on what is applied to skin.
Fonts and intellectual property
Lettering previews are rendered with openly licensed fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1); sources and licenses are listed per style and in our font license manifest. We do not redistribute font files. You are responsible for checking a font's license before any commercial use of an export.

Joining the waitlist stores your email to notify you at feature launch and about the launch offer; you can unsubscribe at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Third-party services
The site uses Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. Sign-in (Google) and payments (PayPal) are planned for a later phase; when they launch, their terms will apply to those features.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages arising from use of the site or its exports.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the site evolves; continued use after changes means you accept them.
